Harvey Pollack, is a licensed real estate broker with more that 30 years experience as an Executive Officer of his own business. He has directed Pacific Rim since its founding in 1982, and has over 40 years of real estate experience.  He was born in New York where he managed over 2,000 residential units.  His wide range of management experience has covered Garden Style Units to High Rise Apartments.  He is a member of the San Diego Board of Realtors, San Diego Apartment Association and the National Association of Realtors.
Steve Pollack, President/CEO serves as the forth consecutive generation of the Pollack family in the field of Real Estate Investment and Property Management.  Steve has been exposed to real estate his whole life, and joined Pacific Rim in 2003. Prior to joining Pacific Rim in 2003, Steve developed more than 15 years experience in Sales, Channel Management and Customer Service, domestically and abroad, with companies like Xerox, Hilton, and Tyco International. Steve speaks fluent Spanish and is familiar with many different cultures.

Becky Granger, is the Sr. Property Manager for Pacific Rim, and she has been a team member for 9 years. Becky is an expert in residential real esate management and sales. She is an active member of the San Diego chapter of NARPM, (National Association of Property Managers) where she serves on the Hospitality Committee and the National chapter of NARPM. Becky is a licensed real estate agent, and active member of SDAR. Prior to employment at Pacific Rim, Becky was employed by Great Plains Coca-Cola of OKC where she was a Manager/Sales Rep. in the CIC department and then later became a Field Sales Representative.

Melissa Williams originally from Davis, California, moved to San Diego 25 years ago.  She enjoyed raising her children in Scripps Ranch over the past 20 years, while working part-time and coaching girls volleyball at Epic Volleyball Club in Poway.  Melissa joined the Pacific Rim Property Management team in 2015, as an office assistant to prepare herself for a career in property management.  While studying for her Real Estate Salesperson exam, she had the opportunity to assist and work under our Senior Property Manager, Becky Granger, where she learned and continues to hone her management skills. Melissa loves meeting new people and creating lasting relationships while expanding her real estate portfolio.
Tricia Barnes is a Michigan State Spartan. She is a dynamic and technically skilled bookkeeper responsible for the full charge bookkeeping function. Tricia prepares complete sets of financial statements, manages accounts payable, accounts receivable and taxes. Competent in maintaining accurate company-wide financial records and producing timely financial reports. Her hard work and strong moral ethics define her confidentiality and integrity.
