Role & Responsibility:
We are looking for someone with high energy and great attention to detail, who is focused on outstanding client satisfaction from the prospect’s first contact with Pacific Rim onward. You will be responsible for all aspects of the consultative sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, follow-up, creating and presenting proposals, and closing the sale.
Itemized Description of Duties:
Follow up on company-sourced and self-generated leads from multiple sources (website, partners, sales team, trade shows, marketing campaigns, etc.)
Proactively contact prospects, build relationships by understanding their particular needs and challenges
Draft and follow up on proposals, overcome objections and close sales
Maintain a strong pipeline to meet / exceed personal sales quotas and metrics
Identify potential prospects through social media, news feeds, online research, local networking relationships, mixers, etc
Constantly learn about our business, follow industry-related developments and maintain an entrepreneurial drive
Ongoing relationship management with clients

Requirements:
CA Real Estate License
CA Driver’s License
Familiar with business and real estate laws
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Proficient computer skills
